• Concerning securities registration statement submitted upon listing of shares, alleging that it contains false statement, that is, net sales are recorded in an inflated manner by the revenue recognition which is deviated from the principle of realization basis, claim for damage under Article 21-2 of FIEA by an investor against issuing company was approved (investor side) (2017 to 2021)
• Concerning former director of a listed company, alleging that the director has breached duty of due care of a prudent manager or duty of loyalty to prevent illegal acts of subsidiary as a director in charge of its business, liability for damages to the company was approved (company side) (2020)
• Handling of derivative action of Universal Entertainment Corporation (listed on JASDAQ) (company side) (since 2016)
